CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) statement
As a responsible business, the wellbeing of staff and customers is paramount at Senator®.
With the government moving from the “contain” to “delay” phase of their response to the Coronavirus outbreak, we will be encouraging all customers to move meetings from face-to-face to digital for the next 2 weeks, with this timeframe being reviewed based on government guidance.
Our Account Management team are always available to conduct meetings digitally; so that we can show you the latest products in the senator® range, and support you in creating as much business as possible during these difficult times, and our Dedicated Customer Service team are still available on the phone from 8:30am until 5pm Monday-Friday to answer any queries that you may have.
With products manufactured in Germany – meaning that we are not reliant on far-eastern deliveries – and our fantastic UK print team continuing to produce quality pens in a timely manner, we do not envision any issues with our supply chain at this time. We have already introduced measures to limit the spread of COVID-19, such as increased cleaning and guidance on how to limit the risk of exposure, but will of course monitor the situation closely and will advise customers should more prudent measures need to be taken.
